February Authentic Movement

Authentic Movement is a simple yet profound practice of self-awareness and discovery. Listening to the body, and finding movement from within, we explore the dance of presence, witnessing ourselves and others as awake and open as possible.

AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

Saturday, February 20, 2:30pm-5:30pm $45

In this workshop we explore our deeper selves through the practice of Authentic Movement. We will open to our bodies, listening internally in new and expansive ways. By giving over to what is not yet known we are moved into authenticity, surprise & deep enjoyment. A wonderful to way to go inside and emerge renewed and connected. Open to all.

...And the next workshop will be on Saturday, March 13, 2:30-5:30pm

To register or for information about Body-Oriented Psychotherapy contact Susan Baum at (206) 778-9183 or authenticmovement (at) hotmail.com or www.susanbaumtherapy.blogspot.com. Pre-registration is required.

Workshop will be held at 226 NW Bowdoin Place in Fremont.
