Spring Authentic Movement with Susan Baum

Seattle AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT with Susan Baum
Authentic Movement is a simple yet profound practice of self-awareness and discovery. Listening to the body, and finding movement from within, we explore the dance of presence, witnessing ourselves and others as awake and open as possible.

AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT WORKSHOPS
Saturday, April 25, 2-5pm
Sunday, May 17, 6-9pm
$40 per workshop, $75 for both
In these workshops we will open to our bodies, listening to ourselves in new and expansive ways. By giving over to what is not yet known we are moved into authenticity, surprise & deep enjoyment. Come try it!

SEEING YOURSELF, SEEING YOUR PARTNER:
A WORKSHOP FOR COUPLES
Saturday, June 6, 2-5pm
$80 per couple
Through the practice of Authentic Movement we find a framework for fostering genuine presence, being and feeling ourselves deeply as we are with another. This is a wonderful way for couples to explore how they see, feel, and interact by attending and following the deeper layers of experience. Aliveness, depth and genuine compassion grow within each individual and within the relationship.

All workshops will be held at 226 NW Bowdoin Pl. in Fremont. To register or for information about Body-Oriented Psychotherapy contact
