Due to Strictly Seattle and SFDI, the Sunday movement jam is moving to Seven Star Women's Kung Fu for several weekends.

Sundays 7/9 and 7/30 the jam will be from noon to 3 PM.
On Saturday 7/15 the jam is from 1:30 to 4:30 PM.
The July 23 jam is at Velocity. Usual time: 2–4:30 PM.
No jam on 8/6 because the SFDI jam is happening. Go to it.
