BODIES THAT SPEAK: ACTIVATING THE EMBODIED MIND

This Contact Improvisation Intensive explores the dance produced by an activated mindbody continuum. Enhanced by the implicit freedoms of the boundless mind infusing a bound body, this dance builds skills of slicing time, oscillating attention, working multiple levels of space, shape-shifting the extended body, & assembling & disassembling to individuate & unite the dance & dancers.

Nita Little develops, choreographs, performs & teaches improvisational dance, notably Contact Improvisation, which she has practiced for 37 years. She tours worldwide including the ImPulsTanz, Zip & Budapest International Festivals.
