Perceptual Flux: Open to all levels

In this class we will shed the weight of habits and hesitancy and create bodies that are engaged by a flow from one surprising moment to the next. 

Delia’s playful, compassionate and rigorous teaching draws from over 20 years of experience of as a choreographer and professional dancer. She is co-artistic director of MACHiNENOiSY Dance Society. She has been a company member of EDAM, Vancouver based company under the guidance of Peter Bingham since 1997.

Flying High and Landing Softly 2 with Katherine Cook and Cyrus Khambatta 
Saturday 11am-4pm at Grassroots Studio in West Seattle
This workshop will extend the work of getting off the ground and moving softly into it. The workshop will pick up where the previous one left off and review those aspects covered previously, responding to what participants found most appealing or difficult with being in the air or on the earth.

Price: $75-$150 (sliding scale) for the five hour workshop.
