Weekly contact improvisation and open movement jam, 2-4:30 pm in the Founders Studio at Velocity Dance Center, 1621 12th Avenue on Seattle's Capitol Hill.

Flying High and Landing Softly 2 with Katherine Cook and Cyrus Khambatta 
Saturday 11am-4pm at Grassroots Studio in West Seattle
This workshop will extend the work of getting off the ground and moving softly into it. The workshop will pick up where the previous one left off and review those aspects covered previously, responding to what participants found most appealing or difficult with being in the air or on the earth.

Price: $75-$150 (sliding scale) for the five hour workshop.
