AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT/with Susan Baum

Authentic Movement is a simple yet profound practice of self-awareness and discovery. Listening to the body, and finding movement from within, we explore the dance of presence, witnessing ourselves and others as awake and open as possible.

OPEN LEVEL WORKSHOPS
Saturdays, 2:30pm-5:30pm $45 for each workshop
(10/17, 12/5, 2/6, 4/10, 6/5) Attend one or several.
In these all levels workshops we will open to our bodies, listening to ourselves in new and expansive ways. By giving over to what is not yet known we are moved into authenticity, surprise & deep enjoyment.

WORKSHOPS FOR COUPLES
Saturdays, 2:30pm-5:30pm $90 per couple
(11/7, 1/9, 3/13, 5/15) Attend one or several.
Through the practice of Authentic Movement we find a framework for fostering genuine presence, feeling and expressing ourselves deeply as we are with another. This is a wonderful way for couples to explore how they see, feel, and interact by attending and following the deeper layers of experience. Aliveness, depth and genuine compassion grow.

ONGOING GROUP FOR EXPERIENCED MOVERS
One Sunday a Month, Sept-June 11:30am-3pm $500
(9/27, 10/18, 11/8, 12/6, 1/10, 2/7, 3/14, 4/11, 5/16, 6/6)
During the year we will explore the practice in ways that expand our sense of both personal and collective process. This ongoing group is a wonderful way to connect with oneself and others.
